![]() | Brent Bartholomew Brent was named President of Ortho Development Corporation in 2009, and has over 16 years of experience in the medical device industry. He has been in management at Ortho for over 13 years in various capacities including Executive Vice President, CFO, and Controller. Prior to Ortho Development, Brent worked in the Salt Lake City office of the Global Accounting Firm Deloitte & Touche with a specialty focus on manufacturing and medical device clients. He is a native of Springville, Utah and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Brigham Young University with both B.S. and Masters Degrees in Accounting. Brent and his wife Monica have four children and reside in Draper, Utah. |
![]() | Ross Chamberlain Ross has been involved in sales and management in the healthcare industry for over 29 years. He started his career in medical sales as a field representative, and after receiving several performance awards was promoted to field trainer. In 1988, he accepted a position as District Manager, beginning his long and successful career in sales management where he has also held the position of Director of Technical Affairs. In 2001, Ross was recruited to Ortho Development as the Vice President of Sales to help establish a U.S. sales network and presence. He has served on the company's Board of Directors since that time.

![]() | Greg Larson Greg directs Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology and Customer Service activities at Ortho Development. Under Greg's direction the company successfully implemented a new ERP System in 2011. Greg is also a key member of the company business plan team that establishes vision, strategy, and objectives. Prior to his assignment as CFO in 2009, Greg was the company's Controller and managed the Accounting and Customer Service departments. Before joining Ortho Development in 2000, Greg worked for the Global Accounting Firm of Deloitte & Touche, in their Salt Lake City office, where he worked on audits of clients in various industries including manufacturing and medical devices. Greg is a CPA and holds a Master of Accountancy in Profession Accounting and B.S. in Accounting from Brigham Young University. |
![]() | Stan Despres Stan joined the company in his current Vice President role in 2009. He oversees all new product development activities. Stan was one of the original employees of Ortho Development and was instrumental in launching the company's first bipolar hip product in 1996. He left Ortho to help start another orthopedic design company, and during his career has accumulated over 20 years of product development and manufacturing experience in the orthopedic industry. Stan is a native of New Hampshire and holds an Engineering Degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. |
![]() | Mark Alley As Director of Operations, Mark oversees Planning and Sourcing, Manufacturing, Production, Distribution, and Facilities. Mark began his operations and logistics career in 1992, spending six years with the world's largest toy manufacturer, Mattel. In 1998, he transitioned to the medical device industry when he joined Zimmer. In twelve years with Zimmer, Mark rotated through seven unique roles which gave him experience within the full global orthopedic supply chain, and provided him with progressive responsibility and oversight within the business segments of hips, knees, spine, dental, and trauma. He led numerous projects including integration, global inventory management, and global manufacturing optimization. Originally from Butte, Montana, he graduated from Montana Tech and also holds an Executive Certificate in the Business of Life Sciences from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business. |
![]() | Bob Weston Bob has been with Ortho Development Corporation for over 18 years. He is responsible for business relationships with external suppliers and coordinates the company's integrated business planning activities and stage gate project. Prior to joining Ortho, he worked at Teleflex, Inc. and graduated from their Two Year Line Management Program. While there, he held a wide variety of cross-functional management assignments in their aerospace and medical segments at manufacturing facilities in New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Utah, Malaysia and Northern Ireland. A New England native, Bob holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Franklin Pierce College in Rindge, New Hampshire, and is an avid Red Sox fan. |
![]() | Ed Goodman Ed has over 35 years in the medical device industry with experience in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Logistics, Project Management, and Regulatory Affairs. He has successfully designed and implemented Quality Systems that are compliant with both FDA and ISO regulations and standards. Before joining Ortho, he held positions including Manufacturing and Logistics Management at Warner Lambert, Logistics Manager at Abbott Lab, Vice President of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs at Utah Medical Products, and Regulatory Affairs Manager at Medtron Inc.

![]() | Jason Heath Jason was named Director of Marketing at Ortho Development in November 2012 and is responsible for all U.S. marketing of Ortho Development's product lines. He has over 12 years of medical device experience spending most of his career in the orthopedic market. Prior to coming to Ortho Development, Jason was the Vice President of Marketing at OMNIlife Science, Inc. where he was responsible for domestic marketing of their hip and knee portfolio. He was also the Director of Marketing at DJO Surgical where he led the marketing of their hip, knee, and shoulder products. Jason started his career in product development and holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

| Rick Francis Rick has over 20 years experience in the orthopedic industry, starting his career as an orthopedic OR Surgical Technician followed by a move into total joint reconstruction sales. He joined Ortho Development in 1999 as the company's first independent distributor in the state of Utah. In June 2011, he accepted the internal position of Director of Technical Affairs and New Business Development. Rick is the company's primary technical expert for hip and knee joint reconstruction. His role involves developing new accounts, including providing surgery support for doctors and hospitals, and giving technical support to the company's sales force. Rick is a native of Utah, has a BS Degree in Human Physiology and is a Certified Surgical Technician. |
